What you can reach on foot from Piazza Navona

The Pantheon is 500 metres away, a seven minute walk. Castel Sant'Angelo is 700 metres, the Vatican just beyond the bridge. The Trevi Fountain takes ten minutes, the Colosseum about half an hour on foot or a few bus stops. Bus stops are around the corner and the supermarket is on the same street: many of our guests go days without using any transport.

A historic building — with a lift

The apartment is on the third floor of a renovated historic building, served by a small lift that works perfectly — far from a given in central Rome, and a real difference when you have luggage. Soundproof windows keep the city noise out, and the area sits slightly off the busiest tourist routes.

Apartment or hotel in central Rome?

For two nights a hotel may be enough. For a longer stay, or with four to six people, an apartment changes the maths: a proper kitchen saves a café breakfast every morning, the living room gives you shared space a hotel room cannot, and the cost splits between more people. Booking here also means no platform commission.
