Booking policy — Deposit, balance and cancellations

How payment works

  • When booking you pay online only a 35% deposit of the total stay, through Stripe's secure system. Orion Stays never stores card data.
  • The balance (65%) is paid directly at the property on arrival.
  • The municipal tourist tax is not included and is paid separately at the property, at the rates shown on each property page (with children exemptions where applicable).

Cancellation

  • Free up to 7 days before check-in: full refund of the deposit to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: the deposit is non-refundable, unless our team decides otherwise after reviewing your request case by case (message us on WhatsApp or by email).
  • No-show: the deposit is retained.

Changes

Date or property changes are free and subject to availability; any price difference is recalculated. Contact us on WhatsApp — we almost always find a solution.

Check-in and check-out

  • Self check-in from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM: you receive instructions before arrival.
  • Check-out by 10:00 AM.
  • By law, every guest must provide an identity document on arrival.
